Obituary of Alberto Rodriguez, Sr.

Please share a memory of Alberto to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
With humble acceptance of God's will, we announce the passing of our father Albert Rodriguez, age 56, on December 29, 2021 Alber was born on December 12, 1965 to the late Antonio Rodriguez and Victoria Vazquez in Puerto Rico. His childhood consisted of many beautiful memories with his siblings growing up in Susua Baja, P.R. After venturing out to New Jersey searching for a better life where he met the love of his life Nancy Ortiz. They quickly got married and were with each other throughout all of life's ups and downs in their 38 years together. Those who knew them knew they were soul mates. Albert and Nancy would go on to have 3 children, Brendalee, Albert Jr., and Robert (Bebe). He always taught us to stand tall, be proud and know ourselves in all situations. He most importantly supported us throughout the many accomplishments and difficulties in our lives. He also survived by his daughter in laws Elisa and Jessica and his son in law Elvis. His grandchildren who lovingly called him "Welo" Ariana, Rosalia, Brielle, Albert III, Aiden, Elina, Giselle, Cristian, and Sebastian. Blessed to be touched by him and understand that his existence and the impact he left on our heart exceeds the quantity of time that he stayed here. We want him to be remembered by how talented he was in all aspects of life and how he was always "the man of the job". How much he loved maintaining his ford truck in the prestige condition and remodeling/redecorating the home he shared with his wife. We want everyone to remember Albert with a big heart who was always there to help relatives and friends with household projects and anything else in need of. Join us to honor his life and the legacy he left behind in each of our hearts. Viewing will be held on Wednesday, January 5th from 5pm-8pm and Thursday, January 6th 10-11am at Eichel Funeral Home, 8323 Maple Ave, Pennsauken, NJ. Funeral service 11am. Burial following in Harleigh Cemetery, Camden. "A great soul serves everyone all the time. A great soul never dies. It brings us together again and again." -Maya Angelou This is not a goodbye, this is "until we meet again". We love you Melanio
