William Gardner Rogan Sr. Bill Rogan of Cherry Hill, NJ passed away on Monday, March 7, 2022, to be with his Lord & Savior Jesus Christ. He was 82 years of age. Bill was born in Pittsburgh, PA on December 3, 1939, to Barney & Eleanor Rogan. As a teenager his family moved to New Jersey, where he finished his High School years at Delaware Township High School, took a job as a G-18 cleaning up whatever was needed at Acme Markets. Soon a young lady by the name of Frances Vincent caught his eye. They began to date and were married one year after graduation on June 17, 1961. Bill set up shop at Acme Markets for 42 years working his way up to the management level, where he remained until retirement in 2001. He attended Faith Baptist Church in Cherry Hill. He enjoyed looking at, restoring, and owning classic cars. He took great pride in driving & showing off his 1953 fully restored Ford. His pride and joy were found in his wife Fran, his children Bill Jr. & Kathleen, his daughter-in-law & sons-in-law Jackie & Bruce, his grandchildren Andrew (Candise), Will (Patrita), Samantha (Theodore), Maxwell, & Ashlyn, and his great grandchildren Andy II, William IV(Liam), Juliet & Drake and his grand dogs Maggie, Major & Mimosa. He loved electric trains, cruises with his wife and friends, his swimming pool, riding his bicycle and working around his yard to grow a beautiful lawn! Beloved husband of 61 years to Frances Rogan (nee Vincent), cherished father of William Jr. (Jackie)Rogan, Kathleen (Bruce)Thompson , amazing Pop to Andrew, Will III, Sami, Max, Ashlyn, Great Grand Pop to Andrew II, Liam, Juliet & Drake, loving son of the late Barney & Eleanor Rogan, dear brother to Robert (Pamela) Rogan & Barbara (David) Kalm, devoted son-in-law of the late Harry & Katherine Vincent, Bill was also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family members and many good friends. William was predeceased by his son-in-law Bruce Thompson & grandson Andrew Fillius. Relatives and friends are invited to visitation with his family @ 10am on Friday, March 18, 2022, at Immanuel Baptist Church, 6 South Poplar Avenue, Maple Shade 08052. His funeral service will take place following the visitation at 11am at the church. Internment to follow at Lakeview Memorial Park in Cinnaminson, NJ. Memorial contributions can be made William G.
